With your assessment complete, we’ll collaborate with you to create a prioritized project plan. The objective is to secure the products, services and modifications you need, with the most cost-effective solutions for your budget.
Longevity Home engineers, designers and building professionals will assist with executing the home modification job or refer you to one of our many Longevity Home trade partners.

At Longevity Home, all of our employees are Certified Aging-in-Place Specialists (CAPS Certified) as designated by the National Association of Home Builders developed in partnership with AARP. The CAPS designation is a reliable way to identify trustworthy professionals who are trained to improve Your Home through modification, renovation or new construction. The certification requires specific training sessions as well as continuing education.

Cyndi Heggie founded Longevity Home to focus on meeting the needs of the aging population in the New Hampshire Seacoast and Northeast Massachusetts area. Cyndi’s approach is deeply collaborative, and focused on understanding what’s important to you, planning the project with rigor, and executing in the highest quality, most cost-effective manner possible.
Cyndi draws on more than 30 years' experience as a professional engineer focused on customer satisfaction in the advanced electronics industry. At Longevity, she partners with her clients, listens carefully to their needs and wants, evaluates the subject home, and defines projects that can be executed on time, on budget and tailored for each situation.
